Cranbrook Colony is a 120-unit condominium community located in Royal Wood Golf and Country Club. Our condo units are all two bedroom, two baths with a den and are approximately 1,300 square feet. The units are in ten two story units with twelve units per building. All units come with a one car garage and an associated parking spot in front of the garage.
Our community is surrounded by the Royal Wood golf course. Holes number three, four, five and six make up the “Cranbrook Corner”.

Our dedicated pool house is a great facility to hold our community activities. Our pool house was built using the time and talents Cranbrook owners. A weekly work crew meets on Tuesday mornings to perform routine maintenance of Cranbrook, adding to its great appearance.
Our association is managed by a five-member board of directors and Precedent Management. We have By-Laws, Rules and Regulations for the safety and enjoyment of all our members.
